These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WreckMate platform, operated by WreckMate Pty Ltd (“WreckMate”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for or using WreckMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
WreckMate is a cloud-based yard management platform designed for Australian wrecking yards. It includes inventory management, parts search, quotes and invoicing, eBay integration, inter-yard network search, and related features as described at wreckmate.com.au.
To use WreckMate, you must register a yard account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@wreckmate.com.au of any unauthorised access or security breach.
One subscription covers one physical yard location. Additional yards require separate subscriptions.
New customers receive a 2-month (60-day) free trial with full access to the platform. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period:
WreckMate is billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST. Your subscription includes a base plan for up to 5 staff users. Additional user blocks of 5 can be added to your plan.
Optional add-ons (eBay Integration, MYOB Integration, Xero Integration, Advanced Reporting, SMS Notifications) are billed monthly in addition to your base plan.
Payments are processed via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Invoices are available from within the platform.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry the charge. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment details before your account is suspended. During suspension, you cannot access the platform but your data is retained. If payment is not resolved within 30 days of suspension, your account may be permanently deactivated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the platform or by contacting us at support@wreckmate.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
You agree to use WreckMate only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
WreckMate is available to Australian registered businesses only.
The eBay integration connects your WreckMate account to your eBay seller account. You remain solely responsible for compliance with eBay’s policies and for all listings, sales, and communications made through your eBay account. WreckMate is not a party to any eBay transaction.
You own all data you input into WreckMate (inventory, customer records, sales data, etc.). By using the platform, you grant WreckMate a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your operational data for any other purpose.
WreckMate and all related software, design, and content are the property of WreckMate Pty Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the platform beyond the right to use it as described.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, WreckMate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
WreckMate is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, though we work to maintain high availability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
